The purpose of this scholarship is to provide high achieving Scouts financial assistance towards post- secondary school education. This is a non-academic award and is based on leadership and achievements in a Scouting program. Do not include your academic achievements or transcript as this will disqualify your application.
The scholarship amount will be determined by The 37 Foundation Scholarship Selection Committee. The scholarship award will be payable to the recipient. The 37 Foundation Scholarship Selection Committee will choose the number of recipients and the amount of the scholarship awards. The scholarship award amount likely will range between $500 and $2,500. Recipients will be required to submit a scholarship acceptance agreement, digital picture and thank you note before the scholarship award is disbursed. Failure to do so in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the scholarship award.
Required materials must be postmarked by May 31, 2024. Applications sent using Priority or Express mail services must be postmarked before May 31, 2024 Incomplete, late, or electronic submissions will not be accepted. Copy of acceptance letter from the post-secondary school for Fall 2024 or Certification of Enrollment in a post-secondary school

Applicants receiving an award should be notified by July 31, 2024.
